Utility Review Request for Information
Project must connect to Citrus County's Central Water and/or Sewer Systems as shown on the site plans. All taps to water/sewer lines and inspections must be witnessed by CCUD and must be scheduled 48 hours in advance by appointment (Monday - Thursday). Please call (352) 527-7650 and press 4 to schedule. Permittee/owner must supply and install a pressure regulator. Permittee/Owner must supply, install, test and certify the required RPZ Type Back Flow. Submit a copy of the certification to CCU prior to scheduling Utility Final Inspection. Owner or licensed plumber must provide CCU a copy of annual RPZ test and inspection results. If a Grease Trap/Filter is required, contact CCU to schedule an inspection. Following final inspections and completion of work, Project Engineer shall submit a Certification of Project Completion and Record Drawings, to CCU, Digitally signed and sealed by the Project Engineer. Provide the Drawing in PDF and CAD Formats. The CAD File must be in Auto CAD (R14 or higher) format. As-Built Drawings may be provided by a Licensed Surveyor with a Certification by the Project Engineer that the As-Built condition, and any changes from the permitted design, are in accordance with the County's Minimum Standards and the project plans and specifications. Appropriate Utility Connection Fees are based on the meter size and are due at the time of the Building Permit Issuance. <div>Project must connect to Citrus County's Central Water and/or Sewer Systems as shown on the site plans.&nbsp;</div><div>All taps to water/sewer lines and inspections must be witnessed by CCUD and must be scheduled 48 hours in advance by appointment (Monday - Thursday). Please call (352) 527-7650 and press 4 to schedule.&nbsp;</div><div>Permittee/owner must supply and install a pressure regulator.&nbsp;</div><div>Permittee/Owner must supply, install, test and certify the required RPZ Type Back Flow. Submit a copy of the certification to CCU prior to scheduling Utility Final Inspection. Owner or licensed plumber must provide CCU a copy of annual RPZ test and inspection results.&nbsp;</div><div>If a Grease Trap/Filter is required, contact CCU to schedule an inspection.&nbsp;</div><div>Following final inspections and completion of work, Project Engineer shall submit a Certification of Project Completion and Record Drawings, to CCU, Digitally signed and sealed by the Project Engineer. Provide the Drawing in PDF and CAD Formats. The CAD File must be in Auto CAD (R14 or higher) format. As-Built Drawings may be provided by a Licensed Surveyor with a Certification by the Project Engineer that the As-Built condition, and any changes from the permitted design, are in accordance with the County's Minimum Standards and the project plans and specifications. Appropriate Utility</div><div>Connection Fees are based on the meter size and are due at the time of the Building Permit Issuance.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
