<div>Lot must connect to Citrus County’s Central Water System with a separate water meter for each unit.</div><div>Permitee/Owner must supply and install a pressure regulator for each water meter.</div><div><div>If future central sewer becomes available, lot will be required to connect within 365 days of notification.&nbsp;</div></div><div><br></div><div><div>Water meters will not be installed on a lot that is not cleared and staked.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div><div>Once the water meter is installed, it is the Permitee/Owner's responsibility to maintain the integrity of the water meter and parts. Any damage, missing parts and/or removal of the water meter will result in a minimum $250 Tampering Fee which will be added to the active permit. See County Code: Sec. 102-140. - Damaging, tampering with, or altering service unit's facilities.</div><div>1.2.12 FINAL INSPECTION</div><div>The Permitee/Owner must request the Utility final inspection of the project after all construction activities are completed.</div></div><div><br></div>
