Per Condition 5 of Ordinance 2024-A04, signage may be provided as outlined on the Master plan and cannot be placed in buffer areas unless approved by staff. The new location does not conform to the location on the Master Plan and the most recent submittal shows proposed sign location to be impacting required buffer planting and is not incorporated into the landscaping. The placement also does not appear to meet the minimum 10-foot setback.
